For every decision we make and for every action we take, we ask this question – will this have the greatest possible impact in addressing what we see as the largest issue humanity has faced? We believe that if we do our work guided by these three principles, with a commitment to excellence and unity, we will be maximally effective in accomplishing this goal.
We succeed only when we deeply connect with others. And we only connect if we care deeply about their lives.
We care for the people we serve.
We care for each other.
We care for our work.
Marketing is a science. And at the root of the scientific process is a spirit of inquisitiveness, humility and constant discovery. We only succeed if we keep asking why, keep being willing to be wrong, keep probing deeper.
Data fuels us.
We are on a mission of discovery.
We foster an environment of discovery and joy.
We are here to do big things. And we know that a challenge as big as climate change requires audacious ideas, bold conviction, and a tireless spirit.
The courage to lead.
A commitment to bold work.
The obligation to dissent.
